MeshChat now on the internet

Just as this web server is available both on the AREDN network (wt0f-aredn-server.local.mesh) and the internet (aredn.fl.wt0f.com), one can now access the FLMeshChat zone from the internet. Just use the URL https://aredn.fl.wt0f.com/meshchat/. This is exactly the same as if one was accessing the FLMeshChat service on the AREDN network. 

Now people that do not have an mesh connection will be able to use the same chat service to stay involved with those on the mesh.
